How to Register:

Click the "Register" button (home page or register page)
Fill out the Google form
EVERY PARTICIPANT MUST TO FILL OUT A WAIVER!!!! ANY RACER 17 OR YOUNGER NEEDS A PARENT SIGNATURE!

Anyone 18 or older must sign an adult waiver. PLEASE HAVE THE WAIVER TURNED IN ONLINE OR HANDED IN THE DAY OF THE RACE!

Your registration fee: bring donation items or a cash donation the day of the race, otherwise, submit an online donation using the QR code in the "Registration Fee" section below. (keep evidence of online donations!)

Important Information!

-Check in and packet pick up will be from 7:30 a.m-8:45 a.m.

-Race start time is 9:00 a.m

What can to expect the day of:

-First aid station

-Water, gatorade, granola bars, donuts and a coffee station

-LIMITED RESTROOMS

-Parking is loacted on the South side.

PLEASE TRY YOUR BEST NOT TO PARK IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD!

Please park across the street and expect traffic!

Top 3 in each age division will receive medals!

Instead of a registration fee to participate, we ask that you bring donations to the check in tent!

This can be the following items (or a cash/check donation of $20)*

- Canned food

- Boxed rice

- Blankets

- Feminine hygiene products

- Dipers

- Winter gloves and hats

- Socks

- Underwear

*If you bring a check, please address it to Elkhorn South High School

In the event of bad weather, the 5k will be hosted at an alternate location.

Please check your emails the days leading up the day of the run!
